Payment
PayPal is the preferred method of payment. However, I will take personal checks and money orders. Orders will not ship until personal check has cleared which can take up to 7 business days depending on banks.
Shipping
At this time, I only ship via USPS via Priority Mail for US shipments. Orders of earrings only will be sent First Class. I have found this to be the most reliable way to ship and never had any issues during my 8 years of selling on eBay. I charge one flat shipping cost- 1 item or 12 or more items all the same price!
I am willing to consider shipping another method beside Priority Mail, but please contact me before making your purchase. Let me know which method you prefer and I will give you a price quote and we can go from there.
If you live in the Nashua NH area, I am happy to arrange pick up so you can save on shipping! Convo me in advance.
Refunds and Exchanges
I take pains to make sure each piece is of the highest quality. Each item is described to the best of my abilities and photographed to show the true color and detail. Please contact me immediately if you have any concerns about your order. I will accept items in original condition for refund if you are unhappy for any reason within 10 days of purchase.
Shipping cost will not be refunded and you are responsible for shipping costs for returns.

Jamie Jean Jewelry is handcrafted with care. However, to enjoy this handcrafted jewelry for as long as possible, care must be taken. It has been tested for normal wear only- anything beyond this may result in damage to your jewelry.
